My dark, psychological scifi story, “Wreck of the Lorelei,” is getting a second life at MetaStellar, starting today.
When this story was originally published, my friend Lila shared the story with her students, and their thoughtful, enthusiastic response made me believe in this story in a whole new way. (Thank you so much, Lila.)
So when the original publisher, Teleport Magazine, went defunct, I knew I wanted the story to still be out there somewhere — where, at the very least, a group of high schoolers who loved the story could always find it.
And in gratitude for what she gave me, I’d like to give a little back to Lila.
